BMW Z4 (2010) by G-Power
3rd May 2012
G Power tuner has played with the new 2010 BMW G Power. They are ready before most of the entire BMW dealers receiving the German two seater sport cars.
In term of to modify BMW cars, G-Power is one of the best for top speed. Let’s check its creation for this stylish BMW cars on the range-topping sDrive35i model. Added with new ‘Bi-Tronik’ ECU, the engine now has power of 345hp (257kW) and torque of 354lb-ft (480Nm). This new performance is an improvement from the previous power and torque 306hp (228kW) and 295lb-ft (400Nm) respectively. G-Power’s BMW Z4 (2010) is able to hit 0-100km/h in just 4.7 seconds.
The other specs include “Deeptone” stainless steel muffler, a fully-adjustable coil-over suspension kit and 20in alloy wheels.
G-Power has not released either the cost and more detail for all creation. Just be patient and wait, as soon as possible.
BMW has not released a concept car or real car to compete with another German Audi R8. This makes Idries Noah, a GM Holden’s Visualization Designer in Australia to show off his own imagination concept.
Idries Noah’s BMW M concept design is so impressive; inspired by “a Barrel or Tube”, where the wave is hollow when it breaks. There is a curve line alongside the car’s body from the back to the front on the air intakes and on the doors.
With his design BMW looks like seriously thinking because the concept offers something different from BMW’s its self character such as the trademark grille and hockey stick pillar. Noah said that his concept “Aggressive, Sleek, Agile and totally different from anything on the road today.” Coming with an upgrade version of the 5.0 liter V10 currently found in the M6, this design is so impressive as well.
Hamann presents more deails its modification program for the new BMW 7-Series including F01 and F02. Hamann 2009 BMW 7 Series comes with aerodynamics components reducing the lifting forces, striking light alloy rims from 19 to 22 inches wrapped with 265/30ZR22 tires at the front axle and with 295/25ZR22 tires at the rear axle (for 22in wheels) and stainless steel exhaust systems with a sporty and earthy sound. Hamann side skirts which are available for the F01 model series.
The optionally available rear shield insert for the side skirt of the model 730d and 740I allows fitting the four-pipe sport end muffler. Four round stainless steel end pipes with a diameter of 90 millimeters perfectly enhance the rear part of the 7-series BMW and produce a powerful, earthy sound.
Hamann is in the work for Diesel engine’s performance enhancement. By this first tuning stage the serial measure of the 730d (180 kW / 245 hp) increases by approximately 33 kW/45 hp.
The four progressively coiled chassis springs which lower the center of gravity with the models 730d, 740i by 40 millimeters at the front- and rear axles, render a dynamic appearance. For the models 750i and 750Li, there is a lowering kit consisting of two chassis springs and an evening kit.
BMW has finally released the official details and photos for the upcoming BMW 5 Series GT. In the press release BMW said that the car will be available in three versions with 3 different engines for temporary.
BMW 530d Gran Turismo is a economy and ecological version. This version comes with 3.0 liter turbo-diesel engine that makes 245 hp, 540 Nm of torque, 6.5 liters/100 km of fuel consumption and 173 g/km of CO2 emissions figure.
The second version is the 535i. Stronger than the 530dversion, the 535i is powered by a BMW’s new straight-six gasoline/petrol engine, a 3.0 liter 6-cylinder TwinPower turbo that produces 306 hp and 400 Nm of torque. Then the 550i comes with 4.4 liter, twin-turbo V8 gasoline/petrol powertrain with 407 hp and 600 Nm of torque.
In the future the German brand will come with its new 8-speed automatic transmission that currently used on 760i 12-cylinder variant.
The base standard features for the BMW 5 Series Gran Turismo include the Integrated Owner’s Manual, an audio system, AUX-In connector bush and automatic air conditioning. The optional features include four-zone automatic air conditioning (standard in the BMW 550i Gran Turismo), telecommunication and navigation systems, a USB port, an 80 GB hard disc for navigation data and the user’s private music collection, a multi-channel audio system, a DAB double tuner, a DVD entertainment system at the rear, a Head-Up Display, a panorama glass roof optimised for noise control and attractive design, as well as an electrically swivelling trailer hook.
BMW released more details about its 535i GT that will be launched in 2010. BMW 535i GT has a mission of first trying onBMW’s new TwinPower Turbo with High Precision Injection and Valvetronic technology, a single turbo with twin-scrolls that puts the squeeze on the 3.0 liter straight-six gasoline engine. The N55 version is as opposed to the twin turbochargers of the previous N54 version that comes without the latest technology of Valvetronic. This engine looks like will be used on the upcoming X5M/X6M versions.
The new engine technology is not giving only the car more performance as well as 25 kW/306 hp at 5,800 rpm and torque of 400 Newton-metres/295 lb-ft over a wide speed range from 1,200–5,000 rpm but either better fuel consumption figure and better CO2 figure.
Rumors around the BMW’s latest technology said that BMW will introduce this car technology on a twin-turbo version of this 3.0 liter straight-six and dial the horsepower up to 360. The time will be say everything.
The BMW 640i is a third -generation 6-series that uses a two-door coupe. Series 6 is basically following in the footsteps of the previous 5 series equipped and refurbished with double wishbone suspension at the front and use the electromechanical steering system. 2012 BMW 640i is offered with a choice of two turbocharged direct injection gasoline engine (315 hp) 3.0 -liter engine with six cylinders and (401 hp) 4.4 -liter V8 engine.

High Precision Injection in the new six-cylinder delivers fuel through innovative multi-hole valves at an injection pressure increased once again in large areas all the way to 200 bar. This ensures extremely precise dosage of the fuel injected as well as a particularly clean combustion process. And last but not least in this context, the direct injection of fuel serves to cool the fuel/air mixture and increase the compression ratio to a higher level than in a turbocharged engine with manifold injection – an advantage contributing once again to the greater power of the straight-six.
Displacing 2,979 cc, the new power unit delivers maximum output of 225 kW/306 hp. It therefore offers all the torque and muscle of a significantly larger eight-cylinder, but comes with much lower weight and significantly lower fuel consumption and emissions. It is indeed far lighter than a comparably powerful eight-cylinder and remains even 4 kilos lighter than the straight-six turbocharged engine already well-established in the market.
The BMW 535i Gran Turismo accelerates from a standstill to 100 km/h in 6.3 seconds and reaches an electronically limited top speed of 250 km/h or 155 mph. The unusually good balance of performance and fuel consumption is clearly expressed by average fuel consumption in the combined EU cycle of just 8.9 litres/100 kilometres, equal to 31.7 mpg imp. And the CO2 rating of the BMW 535i Gran Turismo is just 209 grams per kilometre.
BMW is releasing the M3 Edition Models, a new version of the M3. BMW M3 Edition comes with several cosmetic changes and a lowered suspension. It will be available beginning this summer (July 2009) and will be sold only for 6 months.
BMW M3 Edition is available in three non-metallic colors (Black, Alpine White, and Dakar Yellow), as well as Monte Carlo Blue Metallic. The 19-inch M-series light alloy rims for the BMW M3 Edition is available in three options that includes the blacked-out, silver and contrasting white. It will be perfect with chrome as standard for the quad tailpipes, side gills and kidney grille.
The car is lowered by 10 millimeters. It should be sportier wherever the car with 420 hp 4.0-liter V8 producing, six-speed manual transmission to go. To satisfy the fans, the M-series double-clutch Drivelogic system is available as an option to make the car 0.2 faster in hitting 0-100km/h in just 4.6 seconds compared to the six manual’s 4.8 seconds.
The interior of the BMW M3 Edition is specifically designed to match the exterior paint. BMW uses white material on the center console and door-panel armrests with either a white or black exterior. The seats are made from black leather and combined with white seams. The Dakar Yellow and Monte Carlo Blue editions are different as well as the exterior color is used throughout the interior, including on the back- and leg-rests.
